In addition to you getting some lovely products for your shop, revenues from all of our sales enable us continue helping those who are affected by depression.
Our Terms and Conditions
We don’t have any order minimums because we love working with small businesses, but this does mean that, occasionally, we receive applications from cheeky folks hoping to get a discount on products for their own use.
For our protection, and for the protection of the businesses who do purchase from us, we extensively review all trade applications to determine eligibility, and we may need to ask you for more information, or for proof of trading.
Our Terms and Conditions
We require a full business address to approve all accounts.
Our wholesale products must not be bought for your own personal use, or to use in the course of your business (for example, as part of a course, or workshop). They must be purchased for resale in an online shop, or in your bricks and mortar shop only.
If your business is entirely online: you must have a registered eCommerce domain/URL. This does not include Amazon, Facebook, Instagram or Etsy. Your website must have an existing shop function with products currently listed.
Great news! We have no minimum order quantities, however, you might want to take advantage of our free shipping in the UK offer (see below for details).
We offer Free Shipping to the UK Mainland (does not include the Scottish Highlands) for orders over £150 (excluding VAT). For orders under £150 (excluding VAT) there will be a delivery charge of £12.99 (+ VAT) within the UK. Please send an email to enquire about shipping prices outside of the UK.
You will be emailed a tracking reference once your order has been dispatched.
Stock-allowing, we’ll ship your order within 7 working days of payment, unless a date in the future has been specified by the customer. Your order won’t be processed, nor stock reserved, until payment has been received.
We cannot guarantee a time or date for delivery.
Orders are on a pro-forma basis only. We accept payment by Paypal, credit card and debit card.
If you place an order using trade site logins, you will need to make payment at checkout, if you place an order via email, we will issue you with an invoice which will include all the payment details you’ll need.
Returns and Credit Notes
In the event that a product gets damaged in transit or a mistake is made in packing your order (they do happen, very occasionally), please don’t hesitate to let us know so that we can replace/rectify the issue as soon as we can.
We do not operate a sale or return policy.
We love to see our products listed online, on two conditions:
1) You match our RRP
2) You never list our products for sale on sites such as eBay, Amazon, or Etsy.

On receipt, we’ll either contact you for more information (again, please do check our eligibility criteria before submitting) or reply with your login details for our trade account, and then you’re ready to order our lovely stock until your heart’s content.
