‘Three Okay Things’ Sticky Notes


Sometimes, life gives us lemons. Lots of them. And those lemons drown out everything else because they demand our attention.

Rather than a to-do list the length of our arms, we can pare things back and focus on just three things that are OK for today. Even if those things are as simple as: get through the day, drink water, turn off mobile notifications. These sticky notes can also be used for reflection, to look inside our day and to find the things that went okay, no matter how teeny those things might be.
