We’re all juggling lots of balls and self-care is often the one we drop first. When we schedule self-care into our lives, it helps us to prioritise it.

We collaborated with the awesome Stacie Swift to bring you these free printable self-care planner pages, of which, hard copies, are also available to purchase in our shop. They help us to foresee obstacles and to plan around those so that self-care becomes a non-negotiable.

It’s important that these resources are as accessible as possible to as many as possible. They’re used in therapy sessions, within schools, in libraries, in NHS teams and within inpatient services. Thousands of people say that they’re incredibly helpful.
