Believe in Yourself Cards
It can be really flippin’ hard to believe in ourselves.
There’s stuff all over the place telling us that we need to be ‘better’. Adverts designed to make us feel rubbish (so that we’ll buy stuff). Filters and photoshop available at the click of a button. Conversations around what we’re going to do ‘next’ and how we can ‘improve’ (rarely do they make space for being comfortable as we are).
We’re left with unrealistically high expectations of ourselves, which we inevitably can’t live up to, ‘proving’ our ‘I’m not good enough’ belief.
Well, not any more. As one of our cards says “You can only be what you’re able to be. You can only do what you’re able to do. It has to be enough – you can’t give what you don’t have.”
We deserve to feel good about ourselves, and to believe in our abilities. Because we’re awesome.
Whip out a card, stand tall, and remind yourself that self-kindness is transformative. Pop them in your bag for a pre-job interview boost. Or grab them from your bedside table the next time the ‘I can’t do it’ thoughts become overwhelming.

Don’t Just Take It From Us…
Thank you blurt team. You have no idea how much you’ve helped our household. Thank YOU everyone. Xx
I just wanted to say thankyou to the Blurt team. I have stumbled across your website during a particularly dark and difficult time for me and I really appreciate your free resources and the things you provide in the shop to are wonderful.
Hi Blurt team! Thank you for being such a light in the darkness that is poor mental health, your organisation has been such a huge help for me and I’ll always support you as well as I can. I carry a little ’emergency bag’ with me at all times, filled with things to help me on bad days, so lots of the things from my order will be going in to that!
