Life can be stressful. Sometimes, we feel so stressed that we can’t work out what to do to reduce our stress because our thoughts are whizzing around in so many different directions. It can be hard to keep up.
These 54 thoughtfully illustrated cards have been designed to help calm and refocus the stressed mind. When you feel stress rising, give these cards a shuffle and pull one out at random. If you choose a card that doesn’t quite work for you in that moment, reshuffle the cards until you find one that does.
