When you buy one, or more, of our books, we’ll donate the equivalent purchase to individuals and organisations who we feel would benefit most from their content and who might have barriers to accessing them otherwise: mental health support groups, inpatient services, refuges, school libraries, keyworkers, and other non-profits.

It’s one thing to understand how important self-care is, but how many of us actually manage to make the time do it?

Self-care is a preventative action that focuses on our health and happiness, and yet so often it gets put aside when other things, and people, vie for our time and attention – it’s only when life has knocked us to our knees that we realise how vitally important it is.

365 Days of Self-Care: A Journal helps us to take stock of our habits, chart our progress, pause for a spell and ask the unasked tough questions. There’s a self-care tracker to help us identify patterns and wonky boundaries, and space to unashamedly celebrate the wins and how far we’ve come. It’s a tool which gives us the chance to check-in with ourselves, and check-out what’s going on, physically, emotionally, psychologically and physically, on a regular basis.

In having a place to delve, explore, and roar, we get to unburden ourselves, learn about ourselves and plan sunnier days for ourselves.
