Part-Time (Remote) Office and Shop Co-ordinator

The Blurt Foundation is a Social Enterprise dedicated to helping those affected by depression. We are looking for an Office and Shop Co-ordinator to join our friendly and dynamic team. You will be working closely with our team to organise, strategise and keep everything ticking along nicely. You will relish the opportunity to review our processes and be fantastic at looking at the bigger picture at the same time as being able to pay attention to detail. A natural solutions-focused person, you’re not afraid to take the lead nor show initiative. As part of a remote team, you will be able to work reliably under your own steam, but also enjoy working as part of a team.

Hours and Environment
This is a flexi-working and remote-working position for 20 hours a week, hours to be agreed with the CEO. This position is only open to those living in the UK.

Salary £21,000 pro-rata

Responsibilities

  • Communicate priorities, deadlines, and goals with the team
  • Solve any operational problems
  • Co-ordinate a team; keep the moving parts of our organisation ticking along
  • Stock management; manage inventory, project stock requirements, and liaise with suppliers and our packing team
  • PA support to the CEO
  • Periodically review our systems and processes
  • Work closely with the CEO on website, resources, and shop development
  • Oversee team workflows and maintain team calendars
  • Gather monthly financial data for our accountant
  • Prepare a monthly report that will be shared with the entire team
  • Submit a weekly debrief
