Important: BuddyBox Dispatch – As per our FAQs and Terms and Conditions, our Monthly BuddyBoxes run from calendar month to calendar month. For example, orders purchased in the month of June, will be dispatched on the 9th July, orders purchased in the month of July, will be dispatched on the 9th August and so on. All other BuddyBox orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days.

Royal Mail are advising us that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is very likely to be delays to UK and international shipments. Currently, this most affects Australia, Canada, China, Europe as a whole, Japan, New Zealand and the US, however there are delays worldwide and the situation is changing all the time. Why don’t you have a telephone number?
We used to have one and nobody rang. We realised that those resources would be better placed elsewhere. Not having a telephone number means we don’t have to have someone manning a phone all day, we can put all of our resources into what we do best.
Not having a telephone doesn’t mean we’re not a credible organisation – Facebook, Twitter and Google don’t have telephone numbers registered on their websites either…It also doesn’t mean we’re not approachable or that we don’t want to hear from you – we really do love hearing from you and will respond to messages on our social media platforms, as well as emails, promptly.
