Blurt’s Playlist: The Second Edit

It’s been a while since we put together our first playlist on Spotify – Songs To Help You Through and we fancied a second edit.

We asked our Peer Support Group to submit their favourite tunes – songs to uplift, identify with and to say the words, we struggle to say aloud.

It’s made for a right ol’ mish mash of a playlist. We’d hazard a guess to say that there’s definitely something in there for everyone!

We hope you enjoy it. Let us know, in the comments below, what songs you’d like to see added.

[There are a couple of songs with explicit lyrics – you have been warned!]

“Maggot Brain” by Parliament – Long, sad, beautiful, but also hopeful. It usually leaves me feeling like things are going to be okay by the time the song is finished.

What a lovely way for a song to make you feel 🙂 We’ll have to give it a listen!
