It’s been a while since we put together our first playlist on Spotify – Songs To Help You Through and we fancied a second edit.
We asked our Peer Support Group to submit their favourite tunes – songs to uplift, identify with and to say the words, we struggle to say aloud.
It’s made for a right ol’ mish mash of a playlist. We’d hazard a guess to say that there’s definitely something in there for everyone!
